Baron Fountain Pen with body of Sonokeling and with silver fittings
A 'Baron' style fountain pen with polished silver plated fittings. This pen has a screw-on cap with turret top with black details and simple geometric clip. The centre band and base also have black details the base cap has a thread so the lid can be docked while using the pen.
The pen was turned from a Sonokeling blank. Sonokeling is an Indian Rosewood grown commercially on plantations. It is a golden to dark brown wood with a medium grain and a light shimmer when polished.
The pen is supplied in a small pouch to protect it when carried in a bag or pocket.
The pen uses 'International Standard' ink refills or alternatively bottled ink can be used with the ink reservoir provided. A blue refill is supplied as standard, but other colours are available on request. Further refills can be bought from many stationers or online, but if you have any difficulty obtaining replacements, please let me know.
